Vincent was a man of science, so addicted to reading and experimenting that he spent his entire life searching for knowledge: ancient texts and forgotten civilizations, forbidden magic, and secrets buried beneath the world that are never meant to resurface. Every answer only created another question, and each question drove him deeper into wondering what happened, how it happened, and what the chain of reaction was before or after.
